Non-Attendances at a Marital and Sexual Difficulties Clinic: a Controlled Intervention Study

Marital and Sexual Difficulties Clinic, Whiteley Wood Clinic, Woofindin Road, Sheffield S10 3TL, UK

Clients referred to a marital and sexual difficulties clinic were given an information sheet and a questionnaire in a controlled study. This led to a significant reduction in non-attendance at the assessment interview (p<0.01) and in a significantly higher number of clients attending for therapy (p < 0.05).
